Virti is built on a foundation of real-world experience and a genuine commitment to people and safety. Founder, Tony Maatouk, started his career on construction sites, working around cranes and heavy machinery which gave him first-hand experience into the challenges workers face every day.
Inspired by his father, also a trainer, Tony transitioned into the training space where he developed a passion for helping people from diverse workplace backgrounds gain new skills. Becoming an accredited assessor was a natural next step and allowed him to combine practical experience with high standards in safety and compliance.
Tony’s hands-on approach and love for machinery shapes the way training is delivered at Virti – we focus on practical, relevant assessments that help workers meet compliance and stay safe on site.
